The ingredient of Shaved Fennel Rocket And Pickled Lemon Salad

  • 1 lemon very thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 baby fennel thinly sliced on a mandolin
  • 100g baby rocket leaves
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
