Honey Pumpkin Mash Recipe

  • 1 2 butternut pumpkin about 700g peeled seeded cut into 4cm pieces
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • place the pumpkin in a large saucepan and fill with enough water to cover by 2 5cm bring to a simmer over high heat then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 20 25 mins or until the pumpkin is very tender

  • transfer the drained pumpkin and honey to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
