Spinach and feta triangles meet Turkish gozleme in this easy finger food recipe.
The ingredient of Mini Gozleme Parcels
- 280g baby spinach
- 40g butter melted
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 sheets mountain bread or thin wraps
- 160g smooth feta
- lemon wedges to serve
The Instruction of mini gozleme parcels
- place half the spinach in a microwave safe bowl microwave on high for 2 minutes tossing halfway through or until wilted transfer to a plate repeat with the remaining spinach
- combine the butter and oil in a bowl place a sheet of bread on a work surface brush with butter mixture right to the edges turn and brush the other side cut into quarters place a small flat pile of spinach in the centre of each bread square and lightly crumble some of the feta over the top
- fold the corners of the bread in to meet in the centre over the filling overlapping slightly hold the centre and brush surface with butter mixture press to seal and place seam side down in a large frying pan repeat with 3 more pieces of bread
- place the frying pan over medium heat cook for 2 3 minutes or until golden brush with butter mixture turn and cook a further 2 3 minutes use a spatula to transfer to a wire rack repeat with the remaining bread filling and butter mixture
- serve with lemon wedges
