- 300ml tamar valley greek style yoghurt
- 1 2 cup firmly packed coriander leaves
- 1 2 cup firmly packed mint leaves
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 green chilli seeded finely chopped

- process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth season with a large pinch of sugar and sea salt refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days makes 360ml
