The ingredient of Chocolate Fudge Brownies

  • oil spray
  • 150g plain flour
  • 1 2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60g reduced fat oil spread melted
  • 220g brown sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 185ml apple sauce
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

The Instruction of chocolate fudge brownies

  • preheat oven to 180u02dac lightly spray a 20cm square cake tin with oil and line the base and sides with baking paper
  • sift the flour cocoa and baking powder into a bowl whisk the spread sugar eggs apple sauce and vanilla in a bowl until combined stir into the flour mixture until just combined
  • pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and spread evenly bake for 25 minutes or until moist crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre of the brownie stand for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool cut into 16 squares dust with the extra cocoa
