Rich chewy chocolate fudge brownies? Its love at first bite!
The ingredient of Chocolate Fudge Brownies
- oil spray
- 150g plain flour
- 1 2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60g reduced fat oil spread melted
- 220g brown sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 185ml apple sauce
- 2 tsp vanilla bean extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
The Instruction of chocolate fudge brownies
- preheat oven to 180u02dac lightly spray a 20cm square cake tin with oil and line the base and sides with baking paper
- sift the flour cocoa and baking powder into a bowl whisk the spread sugar eggs apple sauce and vanilla in a bowl until combined stir into the flour mixture until just combined
- pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and spread evenly bake for 25 minutes or until moist crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre of the brownie stand for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool cut into 16 squares dust with the extra cocoa
