Serve this traditional mint sauce with your Sunday roast lamb.
The ingredient of Classic English Mint Sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 2 cups mint leaves finely chopped
- 80ml 1 3 cup white wine vinegar
The Instruction of classic english mint sauce
- place the sugar and one tablespoon of boiling water in a bowl stir to dissolve the sugar then add the mint leaves and vinegar and stir until combined
- serve with roast lamb
