Classic English Mint Sauce


Serve this traditional mint sauce with your Sunday roast lamb.

The ingredient of Classic English Mint Sauce

  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 cups mint leaves finely chopped
  • 80ml 1 3 cup white wine vinegar

The Instruction of classic english mint sauce

  • place the sugar and one tablespoon of boiling water in a bowl stir to dissolve the sugar then add the mint leaves and vinegar and stir until combined
  • serve with roast lamb
