The ingredient of Warm Apple And Sultana Waffles

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 4 cup sultanas
  • 4 golden delicious apples peeled cored sliced into wedges
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 bought belgian style waffles
  • vanilla ice cream or caramel ice cream to serve

The Instruction of warm apple and sultana waffles

  • heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat until bubbling add sugar and stir for 1 minute or until dissolved add cinnamon and sultanas cook stirring for 1 minute
  • add apple to pan and stir to coat in butter mixture cook tossing occasionally for 3 minutes drizzle with maple syrup cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until apple is golden and just tender
  • toast waffles place on plates spoon over apple mixture serve with ice cream
