  • 2 cups rice milk
  • 3 4 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • pinch ground nutmeg

  • combine milk coconut and sugar in a saucepan over low heat heat for 5 minutes or until milk nearly boils stand for 2 minutes
