The ingredient of Watermelon Cranberry And Pineapple Mint Slushies
- 1 4 about 600g watermelon rind removed coarsely chopped
- 2 cups 500ml chilled cranberry juice
- 1 4 cup 60ml lime juice
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- lime wedges to serve
- 4 cups 1 litre pineapple juice
- 1 2 cup shredded mint leaves
- mint sprigs to serve
The Instruction of watermelon cranberry and pineapple mint slushies
- to make the watermelon and cranberry slushy place the watermelon in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth strain through a coarse sieve into a jug add the cranberry and lime juices and sugar stir to combine
- pour into a shallow metal container cover with foil and place in the freezer for 6 hours or until frozen
- to make the pineapple mint slushy taste pineapple juice and add caster sugar if necessary pour into a shallow metal container cover with foil and place in the freezer for 6 hours or until frozen
- remove the watermelon and pineapple ices from the freezer quickly break up the watermelon ice with a metal spoon transfer to a food processor and process until slushy transfer to a clean bowl repeat with the pineapple ice adding the mint leaves rinse out the blender after blending the watermelon mixture
- spoon slushies into serving glasses top the watermelon with lime wedges and the pineapple slushies with mint sprigs serve
