  • 1 4 cup tandoori paste
  • 200g tub natural yoghurt
  • 2 chicken breast fillets skinless trimmed
  • 60g mixed salad leaves
  • 1 small red capsicum seeded thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 8 roti bread see notes
  • sweet mango chutney to serve
  • 200g low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 2 lebanese cucumber seeded finely chopped
  • 1 4 cup fresh coriander chopped

The Instruction of tandoori wraps with yoghurt dressing

  • in a large glass bowl combine tandoori paste and yoghurt add chicken turning to coat in marinade chill covered for at least 1 hour see notes
  • in a bowl combine salad leaves capsicum and onion
  • to make the dressing combine yoghurt cucumber and coriander in a small bowl
  • heat char grill or barbecue on high char grill chicken for 4 5 mins each side until cooked slice thinly set aside and cover to keep warm
  • meanwhile char grill roti bread for 2 mins on one side until pliable place roti on a board grilled side down spread with yoghurt dressing top with an even amount of salad and sliced chicken
  • roll bread up serve with sweet mango chutney alternatively serve chicken and salad on roti bread as an open sandwich topped with yoghurt dressing as shown
