  • 200g butter chopped
  • 1 cup 220g caster sugar
  • 2 coles brand australian free range eggs lightly whisked
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups 300g plain flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 100g lindt dessert 70 cocoa speciality cooking chocolate chopped
  • 1 1 2 cups 375ml vanilla ice cream to serve
  • 125g raspberries to serve
  • 100g lindt dessert 70 cocoa specialty cooking chocolate extra melted

The Instruction of dark chocolate skillet cookie cake

  • preheat oven to 180c
  • place butter and sugar in a5cm deep 21cm base measurement 27cm top measurement ovenproof frying pan over medium heat stir for 2 mins or until butter melts remove from heat set aside for 10 mins to cool
  • stir eggs vanilla flour and bicarbonate of soda into butter mixture until just combined smooth the surface sprinkle with chopped chocolate and press into cookie dough bake for 25 mins or until golden and just firm set aside in pan to cool completely cut into wedges serve topped with ice cream raspberries and melted chocolate
