Creme Egg Martini


Celebrate Easter with a sweet and creamy cocktail, full of vanilla and butterscotch flavours and served in a creme egg rimmed glass.

The ingredient of Creme Egg Martini

  • 1 x 700 ml pure origins tasmanian vodka
  • 1 vanilla bean pod split
  • 40g milk chocolate
  • 2 cadbury mini creme eggs halved
  • 30ml white cru00e8me de cacao liqueur
  • 20ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 60ml butterscotch schnapps

The Instruction of creme egg martini

  • drop the vanilla bean pod into the bottle of vodka and leave to infuse for 24 36 hours
  • melt chocolate on a small flat plate in the microwave on high in 30 second bursts stirring between each burst until melted press the rims of 2 martini glasses into the chocolate to get a nice even coating
  • take 2 creme egg halves and place them cut side down into the chocolate and press to the rim then take the remaining 2 halves and place them shellside down in the chocolate and press onto the rim right next to the cut halves chill until required
  • pour 60ml of vanilla infused vodka cru00e8me de cacao and sweetened condensed milk into a cocktail shaker filled with ice fit with a lid and shake for 20 30 seconds
  • pour butterscotch liqueur into prepared glasses and layer vodka cru00e8me on top enjoy
