Butterscotch Hot Chocolate

Made with dark chocolate and sweet schnapps, this is a grown-ups treat.

The ingredient of Butterscotch Hot Chocolate

• 1 25l 5 cups milk
• 350g dark cooking chocolate melted
• 160ml 2 3 cup butterscotch schnapps see note
• ground nutmeg to dust

The Instruction of butterscotch hot chocolate

• heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until just before boiling use a stick blender to froth the milk
• divide chocolate among heatproof glasses add 1 tablespoon schnapps to each glass top with frothed milk dust with nutmeg
