Chargrilled Mango With Yoghurt


Serve these char-grilled mangoes for dessert or as a special breakfast treat.

  • 4 mangoes
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 cup greek style natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • pinch ground cardamom

The Instruction of chargrilled mango with yoghurt

  • preheat a chargrill or barbecue plate on medium high using a sharp knife remove cheeks from mangoes sprinkle cut side of mango cheeks with sugar cook sugar side down for 5 minutes or until lightly charred
  • meanwhile place yoghurt 1 tablespoon honey and cardamom into a bowl mix well to combine
  • place chargrilled mangoes onto serving plates spoon over yoghurt drizzle with remaining honey serve immediately
