The ingredient of Chargrilled Mango With Yoghurt
- 4 mangoes
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 cup greek style natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- pinch ground cardamom
The Instruction of chargrilled mango with yoghurt
- preheat a chargrill or barbecue plate on medium high using a sharp knife remove cheeks from mangoes sprinkle cut side of mango cheeks with sugar cook sugar side down for 5 minutes or until lightly charred
- meanwhile place yoghurt 1 tablespoon honey and cardamom into a bowl mix well to combine
- place chargrilled mangoes onto serving plates spoon over yoghurt drizzle with remaining honey serve immediately
