The Best Porridge


For a healthy breakfast, make a batch of traditional porridge filled with nuts, seeds and banana.

The ingredient of The Best Porridge

  • 50g 1 2 cup traditional oats
  • 250ml 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tsp lsa
  • 80g 1 3 cup henry jones u00ae co fruit and chia spread mango passionfruit chia seeds warmed
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 2 tbsp walnuts toasted chopped to serve

The Instruction of the best porridge

  • place the oats and 185ml 3 4 cup of the milk in a small saucepan over low heat cook stirring for 5 minutes adding more milk as it is absorbed transfer to 2 bowls
  • top porridge with lsa jam bananas and walnuts serve warm
