The ingredient of Green Harissa
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 10 long green chillies stalks removed
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch coriander leaves roots included
- 1 4 cup mint leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3 cup olive oil
The Instruction of green harissa
- toast the cumin coriander seeds and peppercorns in a medium frying pan over medium low heat for 3 4 mins process in a food processor until finely ground
- add the cinnamon chillies garlic fresh coriander mint and salt process for 5 secs to coarsely chop with the motor running add oil in a thin stream and process until smooth
