Green Harissa

The ingredient of Green Harissa

  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 10 long green chillies stalks removed
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves roots included
  • 1 4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 3 cup olive oil

The Instruction of green harissa

  • toast the cumin coriander seeds and peppercorns in a medium frying pan over medium low heat for 3 4 mins process in a food processor until finely ground
  • add the cinnamon chillies garlic fresh coriander mint and salt process for 5 secs to coarsely chop with the motor running add oil in a thin stream and process until smooth
