Healthy Berry Cocowhip


Looking for a healthier sweet treat? You cant go past Jessica Sepels homemade ice-cream, made with berries, banana and coconut yoghurt.

The ingredient of Healthy Berry Cocowhip

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 2u20131 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or stevia granules
  • filtered water if needed
  • berries pepitas or sunflower seeds to serve
  • desiccated coconut to serve

The Instruction of healthy berry cocowhip

  • put the yoghurt berries banana vanilla and sweetener in a food processor and pulse to the consistency of soft ice cream add a little water if needed u2013 just enough to make it creamy without being runny
  • scrape into a bowl or container and freeze for 10 minutes serve topped with berries seeds and coconut
