Snow Peas With Ginger Chilli


Fresh snow peas are the only greens you need for this Asian-style side. Simply shred and toss with chilli and ginger for maximum crunch.

The ingredient of Snow Peas With Ginger Chilli

  • 45g 1 4 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tsp peanut oil
  • 3cm piece fresh ginger peeled thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove thinly sliced
  • 1 2 long fresh red chilli thinly sliced
  • 400g snow peas trimmed thinly sliced lengthways
  • 1 1 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1 2 tbsp dry sherry

The Instruction of snow peas with ginger chilli

  • heat a wok or large deep frying pan over medium heat stir fry cashews for 2 minutes or until golden transfer to a plate
  • add the oil to the wok and heat over medium high heat stir fry the ginger garlic and chilli for 30 seconds or until aromatic add the snow peas and stir fry for 1 2 minutes add the soy sauce and sherry stir fry for 1 2 minutes or until the snow peas are just tender add the cashews and toss to combine
