• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 250g good quality dark chocolate broken into squares
• 24 marshmallows

• combine milk vanilla and sugar in a large saucepan bring to the boil stirring occasionally
• divide chocolate between 8 heatproof 300ml capacity glasses pour milk over chocolate top with cream and marshmallows serve
