Roast pumpkin is a great first food for little ones. This tasty recipe adds soy sauce and sesame seeds for extra flavour.

The ingredient of Roasted Pumpkin With Soy Sauce And Sesame Seeds

  • 300g pumpkin peeled cut into 1 5cm thick slices and cut into triangles
  • 2 tsp reduced salt soy sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • preheat oven to 200c 180c fan forced
  • place sliced pumpkin on a baking tray drizzle with 2 teaspoons each of reduced salt soy sauce and olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds bake for 30 minutes or until tender
