Roast pumpkin is a great first food for little ones. This tasty recipe adds soy sauce and sesame seeds for extra flavour.

- 300g pumpkin peeled cut into 1 5cm thick slices and cut into triangles
- 2 tsp reduced salt soy sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- preheat oven to 200c 180c fan forced
- place sliced pumpkin on a baking tray drizzle with 2 teaspoons each of reduced salt soy sauce and olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds bake for 30 minutes or until tender
