  • 1 2 cup bega crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

  • 3 sheets frozen puff pastry partially thawed halved

  • 1 1 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 1 2 tbsp boiling water

  • preheat oven to 220c 200c fan forced line 2 baking trays with baking paper
  • squeeze excess liquid from grated onion place onion in a large bowl with mince peanut butter breadcrumbs fish sauce garlic powder and half the egg season with salt and pepper using hands mix thoroughly
  • place 1 6 of the filling along 1 long side of 1 pastry half roll up pastry to enclose filling cut into 3 pieces place seam side down on prepared trays repeat with remaining filling and pastry brush with remaining egg sprinkle with peanuts and sesame seeds bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed
  • meanwhile make satay sauce using a fork combine all ingredients together in a small bowl serve sausage rolls with dipping sauce
