Ruby Grapefruit Gin

This bitter cocktail will appeal to any party guests that enjoy the zing of grapefruit.

The ingredient of Ruby Grapefruit Gin

• 310ml 1 1 4 cups tanqueray gin
• 750ml 3 cups tonic water chilled
• 1l 4 cups ruby red grapefruit juice
• 1 2 pink grapefruit peeled thinly sliced
• 200ml lemon and barley cordial
• ice cubes to serve

• fill a punch bowl with ice then pour in 310ml of tanqueray gin
• add tonic grapefruit juice lemon barley cordial and plenty of ice then stir well
• garnish with grapefruit slices then serve
