  • 50g butter chopped at room temperature
  • 125ml 1 2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • preheat oven to 180u00b0c 160u00b0c fan forced line base and sides of a 20 x 30cm slice pan with baking paper
