Vegan Oreo Brownies


These gooey and fudgy chocolate brownies are stuffed with Oreo biscuits for the ultimate easy vegan baking recipe.

The ingredient of Vegan Oreo Brownies

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 150g dairy free chocolate chopped
  • 110g 1 2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150g 1 cup plain flour
  • 155g 3 4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 35g 1 3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 16 oreos

The Instruction of vegan oreo brownies

  • preheat the oven to 160c 140c fan forced lightly grease a square 20cm cake pan and line with baking paper allowing the paper to extend up the sides
  • place the flaxseed meal and 250ml 1 cup water in a bowl and stir to combine set aside for 15 minutes to thicken meanwhile combine the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes stirring occasionally until melted and smooth stir in the vanilla
  • sift the flour sugar cocoa powder and bicarb into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the centre add the chocolate mixture and flaxseed mixture fold together until just combined spread half the mixture into the prepared pan
  • arrange the oreos in a single layer over the mixture then spread the remaining mixture over the top bake for 40 minutes set aside to cool completely in the pan use the paper to lift out cut into squares
