  • combine mustard and half the oil in a shallow ceramic dish add pork turn to coat place apple in a bowl add sugar toss to coat
  • cook potato in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender drain return to pan mash until smooth add milk and butter season with salt and pepper stir to combine

  • divide pork mixture between plates top with sauce serve with mash and broccolini
