The ingredient of Schnitzel Sandwiches

  • 4 150g each crumbed beef schnitzels
  • 430g loaf turkish bread
  • 1 3 cup tomato relish
  • 1 4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 small tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 4 slices vintage cheddar cheese

The Instruction of schnitzel sandwiches

  • heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan over high heat cook onion stirring for 4 to 5 minutes or until softened transfer to a plate
  • heat remaining oil in pan over medium high heat cook schnitzels for 2 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking transfer to a plate line with paper towel
  • meanwhile cut bread into quarters split each piece in half toast until golden spread half the toast pieces with relish spread remaining pieces with mayonnaise place mayonnaise topped pieces on plates top each with lettuce tomato schnitzel onion and cheese sandwich with relish topped toast cut in half serve
