  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice plus lemon slices to serve
  • 3 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 dried chilli
  • 1 4 tsp turmeric
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 90ml vodka
  • orange juice to top

The Instruction of immunitini recipe

  • place the honey lemon juice ginger chilli turmeric and 2 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan over medium heat simmer for 3 minutes or until reduced and syrupy set aside to cool slightly
  • transfer the syrup to a cocktail shaker add the ice and vodka shake well strain into 2 martini glasses top with orange juice and serve with lemon slices
