The ingredient of Iced Apple And Mint Tea
- 1 litre apple juice
- 1 2 cup caster sugar
- 3cm piece fresh ginger peeled sliced
- 1 tbsp black tea leaves
- 1 4 cup mint leaves chopped
- ice cubes to serve
- mint leaves to serve
The Instruction of iced apple and mint tea
- combine apple juice sugar and 2 cups cold water in a saucepan over medium low heat stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until sugar has dissolved add ginger bring to the boil reduce heat to low simmer for 5 minutes
- remove from heat stir in tea leaves and chopped mint stand for 10 minutes strain into a jug cover and refrigerate overnight or until chilled serve with ice and mint leaves
