- 1 red delicious apple cored cut into 8 wedges
- 1 granny smith apple cored cut into 8 wedges
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- reduced fat vanilla yoghurt to serve
The Instruction of grilled apple and cinnamon skewers
- thread red and green apple wedges alternately onto skewers place on a baking tray lined with foil brush skewers lightly with water
- preheat grill on medium high combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl sprinkle over skewers grill for 6 minutes or until sugar has melted and apple has just softened serve with yoghurt
