• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1 treviso leaves separated torn
• 2 cups baby rocket leaves
• 1 small fennel bulb trimmed thinly sliced
• 1 orange peeled coarsely chopped

• combine the treviso rocket fennel and orange in a bowl add dressing season with salt and pepper and toss to coat
