  • 60ml 1 4 cup nestlu00e9 sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp nestlu00c9 bakers choice cocoa
  • 6 arnotts choc ripple biscuits
  • plaistowe the finest dark chocolate to grate
  • double cream to serve

  • whisk together the milk condensed milk egg and cocoa in a jug
  • coarsely break the biscuits and divide between two 250ml 1 cup microwave safe mugs pour the milk mixture over the top place the mugs on a plate
  • microwave on high for 2 1 2 minutes or until just set finely grate the dark chocolate over the top set aside for 30 seconds then top the mug cakes with a dollop of cream and more grated chocolate serve immediately
