Super Skewers


This super easy recipe is perfect to get the kids involved with making and enjoying their food.

The ingredient of Super Skewers

  • 1kg packet frozen potato gems
  • 600g skinless chicken thigh fillets trimmed cut into 3cm cubes
  • 1 large red capsicum cut into 3cm cubes
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper or chicken salt
  • 200g roasted capsicum dip

The Instruction of super skewers

  • preheat oven to 200u00b0c line 3 baking trays with baking paper spread potato gems in a single layer on 1 tray set aside at room temperature for 10 minutes or until partially thawed
  • thread potato gems chicken and capsicum onto skewers to make 12 skewers
  • place skewers on prepared trays spray with oil sprinkle with lemon pepper or chicken salt bake for 10 minutes remove from oven and turn skewers over spray with oil sprinkle with pepper or salt return trays to oven and bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken and potato gems are golden and cooked through serve skewers with capsicum dip
