- 1 1 2 cups apple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 150g blueberries
- 1 nashi pear cut into matchsticks
- 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- honey extra to decorate

- place in fridge overnight to soak add blueberries nashi pear finely grated lime rind and lime juice stir to combine
