The ingredient of Healthier Cocoa Pops

  • 120g 6 cups puffed brown rice
  • 60g 1 4 cup solidified coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp organic cacao powder or cocoa powder

The Instruction of healthier cocoa pops

  • preheat oven to 150c 130c fan forced line 2 large baking trays with baking paper
  • place the puffed rice in a large bowl combine the oil maple syrup and cacao or cocoa in a microwave safe bowl microwave on medium for 15 seconds or until the coconut oil is melted stir until smooth and combined pour over the rice use your hands to mix until evenly combined
  • spread the rice mixture over the prepared trays bake for 3 minutes stir well return to the oven swapping the trays around to ensure they cook evenly bake for a further 3 minutes set aside to cool completely on the trays store in an airtight container for up to 1 week
