Crispy Barbecued Potatoes


These crunchy potatoes are a delicious accompaniment to a roast dinner.

  • 1kg chat potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed

The Instruction of crispy barbecued potatoes

  • place potatoes in a saucepan cover with cold water bring to the boil over high heat reduce heat to medium cook for 12 minutes or until potato is tender drain return to pan add oil and garlic toss to coat
  • heat barbecue hot plate on medium high heat place potatoes on hot plate press each potato gently with a potato masher to flatten slightly cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until lightly browned serve
