Chocolate Brownie


These mouth-watering brownies will keep hunger at bay.

The ingredient of Chocolate Brownie

  • 180g flora buttery melted
  • 75g 3 4 cup cocoa
  • 350g 1 1 2 cups caster sugar
  • 4 drops vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 100g plain flour sifted
  • 3 4 tsp baking powder
  • 100g dark chocolate 70 cocoa solids chopped
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

The Instruction of chocolate brownie

  • preheat oven to 160u00b0c line a 20cm x 30cm swiss roll tin with baking paper
  • mix butter and cocoa in a large bowl then add sugar vanilla and eggs mix in remaining ingredients
  • pour into prepared tin and bake for 30 40 minutes until firm but still moist allow to cool completely in tin before cutting into squares
