The ingredient of Sugar Free And Gluten Free Lemon Delicious Pudding

  • 3 eggs separated
  • 4 heaped tsp natvia
  • 2 3 tsp lemon rind finely grated
  • 125g butter melted
  • 1 2 cup tapioca flour sifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1 2 cups milk or skim milk

The Instruction of sugar free and gluten free lemon delicious pudding

  • preheat oven to 160c fan forced grease 6 x 1 cup ramekins and place in a large baking dish
  • in a clean large bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form set aside
  • in a separate bowl combine egg yolks natvia rind and butter whisk in tapioca flour sifted with baking powder then add juice and gradually whisk in milk
  • carefully fold beaten egg whites into mixture and then divide mixture among oven proof dishes
  • carefully pour boiling water into baking dish so water comes halfway up sides of oven proof dishes and bake for approximately 30mins until slightly golden serve warm with combined sifted tapicoa flour and natvia on top garnish with lemon rind and a dollop of unsweetened yoghurt
