The ingredient of Sausage And Vegetable Bake

  • 12 chipolata sausages
  • 2 celery stalks trimmed sliced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 cups passata
  • 1 zucchini halved lengthwise sliced
  • 1 finger eggplant halved lengthwise sliced
  • 1 4 cup stuffed green olives
  • 2 tbsp parsley leaves
  • mashed potato to serve

The Instruction of sausage and vegetable bake

  • preheat oven to moderate 180c
  • heat a large frying pan on high cook sausages for 4 5 mins turning until golden all over transfer to a 20 x 30cm shallow baking dish
  • sautu00e9 celery onion and garlic in same pan on high for 2 3 mins stir in passata zucchini and eggplant and season to taste bring to the boil pour over sausages
  • cover dish with foil and bake for 10 15 mins top with olives and parsley serve with mashed potato
