Cosmopolitan Slushie

This frozen cocktail slushie is perfect for summery outdoor cocktail parties.

The ingredient of Cosmopolitan Slushie

• 3 cups 750ml cranberry juice
• 1 3 cup 80ml vanilla flavoured vodka
• 1 3 cup 80ml cointreau liqueur
• 1 4 cup 60ml lime juice
• lime zest to serve

The Instruction of cosmopolitan slushie

• combine the cranberry juice vodka cointreau and lime juice in a jug pour into a shallow metal container cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until firm
• use a large metal spoon to break mixture up place in a food processor and process until almost smooth spoon evenly among chilled serving glasses top with lime zest
