This ginger slice is that magical combination of fudgy and crunchy. Delicious!
The ingredient of Fudgy Ginger Crunch Slice
- 250g packet nice biscuits
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 250g packet gingernut biscuits
- 180g butter melted
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup vanilla marshmallows halved
- 200g dark chocolate chopped
- 200g milk chocolate chopped
The Instruction of fudgy ginger crunch slice
- grease an 18cm x 28cm slice pan line base and sides with baking paper extending paper 2cm above all edges
- place nice biscuits ginger and 1 2 the gingernut biscuits in a food processor process until finely chopped add butter process until combined press mixture over base of prepared pan refrigerate while preparing topping
- roughly chop remaining biscuits
- place condensed milk marshmallows and chocolates in a medium saucepan over medium heat cook stirring constantly for 10 minutes or until mixture is smooth and marshmallows have melted working quickly pour mixture over biscuit base in pan level top sprinkle with chopped biscuit pushing gently into chocolate mixture to secure refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
- stand slice at room temperature for 10 minutes cut into pieces serve
