These gorgeous mini plum pudding truffles can be made up to 3 days ahead, saving you time in the kitchen on Christmas Day! Simply store in an airtight container in the fridge.
The ingredient of Plum Pudding Truffles Recipe
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 3 cup 80ml thickened cream
- 100g coles iced fruit cake slice icing removed cake crumbled
- 1 2 tsp mixed spice
- 200g milk chocolate melts melted
- 50g white chocolate melts melted
- red and green mars m mu2019s minis to decorate

- place the chocolate and cream in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water donu2019t let the bowl touch the water use a metal spoon to stir for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth remove from heat add fruit cake and mixed spice use a metal spoon to stir to combine cover with plastic wrap place in fridge for 2 hours or until the mixture is firm
- line a baking tray with baking paper roll 2 tsp portions of mixture into balls place on the lined tray place in the fridge for 1 hour to set
- place the milk chocolate in a small bowl use a fork to dip 1 truffle into the milk chocolate shaking off excess transfer to the lined tray repeat with the remaining truffles and milk chocolate set aside to set
- place the white chocolate in a sealable plastic bag cut off 1 corner pipe a little white chocolate onto each truffle top with m mu2019s to decorate set aside for 30 mins to set
