Caramelised Pork Chops With Apple

The ingredient of Caramelised Pork Chops With Apple

  • 4 185g each pork loin chops
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 golden delicious apples cored cut into thin wedges
  • 250g truss cherry tomatoes cut into 4 bunches
  • 100g baby salad leaves
  • 1 4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard

The Instruction of caramelised pork chops with apple

  • place pork in a glass or ceramic dish rub both sides of pork with sugar heat oil in a large non stick frying pan over medium high heat cook pork for 1 minute each side or until golden and caramelised reduce heat to medium cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until cooked through transfer pork to a plate cover set aside for 5 minutes to rest
  • meanwhile add apple and tomatoes to pan cook turning apples for 5 minutes or until tender
  • make balsamic dressing place oil balsamic vinegar and mustard in a screw top jar season with salt and pepper secure lid shake to combine
  • place salad leaves in a bowl drizzle with balsamic dressing toss to combine place pork on plates top with apple tomatoes and salad leaves serve
