Bacon Rings


If you like it put a ring on it! Celebrate Bacon Week with these Hawaiian hoops!

The ingredient of Bacon Rings

  • 425g can of pineapple rings drained and patted dry
  • 1 red onion cut into six 1 5cm thick rings
  • 6 x 21g packets string cheese
  • 18 middle bacon rashers
  • cooking spray
  • paprika to sprinkle

The Instruction of bacon rings

  • heat a barbecue grill with hood on medium high heat line a baking tray with baking paper
  • place onion rings on prepared tray place pineapple rings in centre of onion place string cheese torn over pineapple trim bacon rashers into straight strips and remove rind wrap around the onion and pineapple overlapping and threading through the centre
  • spray with oil and sprinkle with paprika cook with hood closed for 10 15 minutes or until browned
