Portuguese Marinade


The key to creating the most flavoursome kebabs is to marinate them before cooking them.

The ingredient of Portuguese Marinade

  • 125ml 1 2 cup olive oil
  • 60ml 1 4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsp bought chopped chilli
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 3 tsp chopped fresh oregano

  • whisk all ingredients in a bowl until combined place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over the marinade cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate
