The key to creating the most flavoursome kebabs is to marinate them before cooking them.
The ingredient of Portuguese Marinade
- 125ml 1 2 cup olive oil
- 60ml 1 4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp bought chopped chilli
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp chopped fresh oregano
The Instruction of portuguese marinade
- whisk all ingredients in a bowl until combined place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over the marinade cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate
