The ingredient of Mulled Wine
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 vanilla bean split
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- 1 2 cup caster sugar
- 750ml bottle dry red wine
- halved orange slices to serve
The Instruction of mulled wine
- place cinnamon sticks cloves vanilla bean orange slices sugar and wine in a saucepan over medium low heat bring to a simmer simmer for 10 minutes or until fragrant and sugar has dissolved cover set aside for 10 minutes to let flavours develop
- strain mixture into a heatproof jug pour into warmed glasses top with halved orange slices serve
