Mulled Wine

The ingredient of Mulled Wine

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 vanilla bean split
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 2 cup caster sugar
  • 750ml bottle dry red wine
  • halved orange slices to serve

The Instruction of mulled wine

  • place cinnamon sticks cloves vanilla bean orange slices sugar and wine in a saucepan over medium low heat bring to a simmer simmer for 10 minutes or until fragrant and sugar has dissolved cover set aside for 10 minutes to let flavours develop
  • strain mixture into a heatproof jug pour into warmed glasses top with halved orange slices serve
