Sugar and spice makes this chocolate pudding very, very nice.
The ingredient of Chocolate Pudding
- 2 cups 500ml milk
- 125g dark chocolate chopped
- 30g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp brandy optional
- 1 2 tsp cinnamon
- 200g breadcrumbs
- double cream or ice cream to serve
The Instruction of chocolate pudding
- preheat oven to 180u00b0c grease 6 x 200ml ovenproof dishes place milk chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan heat over medium heat until chocolate and butter have melted cool
- beat eggs sugar brandy and cinnamon together with electric beaters until pale and very thick fold in chocolate mixture and breadcrumbs with a large metal spoon
- divide evenly between dishes sit dishes in a large deep baking dish and place on the oven rack pour enough boiling water into the baking dish to come halfway up the sides of the dishes
- bake for 30 minutes until risen and set serve warm with a dollop of cream or ice cream
