Chocolate Pudding


Sugar and spice makes this chocolate pudding very, very nice.

The ingredient of Chocolate Pudding

  • 2 cups 500ml milk
  • 125g dark chocolate chopped
  • 30g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp brandy optional
  • 1 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 200g breadcrumbs
  • double cream or ice cream to serve

The Instruction of chocolate pudding

  • preheat oven to 180u00b0c grease 6 x 200ml ovenproof dishes place milk chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan heat over medium heat until chocolate and butter have melted cool
  • beat eggs sugar brandy and cinnamon together with electric beaters until pale and very thick fold in chocolate mixture and breadcrumbs with a large metal spoon
  • divide evenly between dishes sit dishes in a large deep baking dish and place on the oven rack pour enough boiling water into the baking dish to come halfway up the sides of the dishes
  • bake for 30 minutes until risen and set serve warm with a dollop of cream or ice cream
