- 16 ounces meat beyond plant based ground or your favorite vegan crumbles
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning or make your own
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup salsa use preferred spice level
- 14 1 2 ounces petite diced tomatoes no salt added
- 4 ounces diced green chiles optional u2013 will add a kick
- 1 2 cup vegan cheddar shreds
- 1 2 cup mozzarella vegan shreds sub pepper jack for a little spice
