  • 400g lean beef mince

  • 30g sachet salt reduced taco seasoning
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 400g can red kidney beans drained rinsed
  • 2 3 cup grated reduced fat tasty cheese
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 200g tomato medley mix halved
  • 1 3 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 4 cup light sour cream
  • lime wedges to serve

  • preheat oven to 220c 200c fan forced line 2 baking trays with baking paper cut tortillas into 24 wedges place in a single layer on trays bake turning once for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp set aside to cool
