Frozen Yoghurt Sundae


For a healthier breakfast or after-dinner dessert, try this delicious yoghurt sundae.

The ingredient of Frozen Yoghurt Sundae

  • 1kg greek natural yoghurt
  • 120g 1 2 cup honey
  • 240g 1 cup henry jones u00ae co fruit and chia spread mango passionfruit chia seeds warmed
  • passionfruit pulp and or extra mango passionfruit chia jam warmed to serve
  • fresh cherries optional to serve

The Instruction of frozen yoghurt sundae

  • whisk together the yoghurt and honey pour into an airtight container and freeze for 2 3 hours or until starting to set around the edges
  • place in the bowl of a food processor process until smooth return to freezer for 1 2 hours or until partially set return to bowl of food processor and process until smooth
  • return to the container add the jam and swirl freeze until solid
  • serve scoops of ice cream topped with passionfruit pulp and a cherry
