The ingredient of Chilli Spiced Prawns With Lime And Mint Salt
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 16 medium green prawns peeled tails intact deveined
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 2 cup garlic aioli to serve
- lime wedges to serve
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tsp finely grated lime rind
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves plus extra mint sprigs to serve
